The TMRx survey questionnaire has been designed to cover a diverse range of workplace issues such as teamwork, internal communications, feedback and recognition, employee development, with a particular emphasis placed upon workplace commitment, retention, and values. In addition, a suite of classification questions will allow organizations to analyze their workplace along key dimensions such as employee tenure, union/non-union status, management/non-management and so on. Participants can also commission up to five custom questions to meet the specific needs of your workplace, and / or include a Benefits section in the survey.
Each Talent Management Rx subscriber will receive a comprehensive, yet easy-to-read set of results with trending derived from their employees as well as comparatives with peer Bermudian organizations that also have participated in the TMRx survey. Customized analysis of your organization’s results will also be available for a supplementary fee.
The surveys are permission-based with a password-protected environment that strictly controls access to surveys, data and reports. To protect employee confidentiality industry-standard suppression rules will apply to ensure individual response cannot be identified from the reports.
Participants will subscribe to the Program for an annual fee of $750 that includes access to the benchmarks, and newsletters and educational programs. The survey is priced according to the number of invited employees. Sample pricing: up to 25 employees - included in subscription; for 50 employee invites - $1,425; for 100 employee invites - $2,175; and for 250 employee invites - $3,300. Employers have the option to add up to five Custom questions for $775, and/or a Benefits survey for $150.
